John's experience in Real Estate started in 1999, working with home builders in SW Washington. By 2005 John had been involved in over 1200 new home transaction in the state of Washington. With a strong background in Marketing, John developed a streamlined process that allowed builders that he represented to sell up to 300 units per year.
