Alisha began her Real Estate career in 2004.  For over 8 years she has specialized in both Buyer representation and as a Broker Price Opinion Specialist.  She continues to work with numerous companies, providing valuations on homes where the borrower is doing a loan modification, Short Sale or when the home is going into foreclosure.  This is essential to the borrowers to get their loan modified or the Short Sale successfully closed, and also for the lenders to receive a non-biased and accurate value of the home in the current market.
