 - I had the pleasure of working with the Live Northwest Team on the short sale of my home. I am in Los Angeles and they are based in Washington and yet this was of no issue.  - The Live Northwest Team helped us with a difficult short sale transaction in Vancouver, WA.  They were there for us every step of the way and provided "old fashion" quality professional service. It was always easy to reach the team and they would contact us promptly which seems to be a rarity today.  The Live Northwest Team are very knowledgeable of the local market and short sale transactions.  Comparable listings and sales were always provided when asked for.
